1. Operator

The app is independently provided by the tsukutena.app operator. This policy distinguishes information handled directly by the operator from information handled by advertising and payment providers.

2. Data handled on your device

The app stores the selected duration, last-started duration, timer state, repeat setting, up to 10 recent timers, theme, text color, background color, font, alarm sound, alarm duration, vibration setting, the reference to a selected Music item, the landscape-lock setting while counting down, temporary ad-suppression period, Pro purchase status, and related settings on your device. The app does not create an account or sync settings through iCloud or another device-sync service.

Background notifications are scheduled on your device. Timer settings are not sent to a server operated by tsukutena.app.

3. Permissions

Notifications

Used to notify you when a timer ends while the app is in the background. If denied, background completion alerts are unavailable.

Media and Apple Music

Used when Pro users choose a track from Music as the alarm sound. The selected track plays only while the app is in the foreground and is not played by background notifications.

Tracking

The app may request permission under iOS App Tracking Transparency for advertising personalization and measurement. Denying permission does not prevent basic timer use, but it may affect ad content or ad delivery.

4. Advertising and third-party processing

The app uses Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide banner and optional rewarded ads. For ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency management, and personalization, Google or its partners may process information such as IP address, device and app information, advertising identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and approximate location. The actual information depends on device settings, ATT permission status, consent, region, and Google’s current implementation.

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where required. Depending on your choices and regional requirements, non-personalized or limited ads may be served. Where available, the app provides an entry point to review advertising privacy choices.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob privacy documentation for more information.

5. In-app purchases

Apple processes billing, payment, refunds, and purchase restoration for the one-time Pro purchase. The operator does not receive your card number. To provide paid features and restore purchases, the app may check purchase status and transaction information made available by Apple on the device.

6. Information received through contact

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to attach. We use it to respond, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary support records. It is retained only as long as needed and then deleted, unless law requires otherwise.

7. Your choices and rights

You can change notification, Media and Apple Music, and tracking permissions in device Settings. Where required and available, advertising privacy choices can be reviewed from the app. Deleting the app removes settings stored by the app on that device.

Requests to access, correct, or delete information, or to exercise another right under applicable law, can be sent to the address below. Verification or legal exceptions may apply.

8. Audience

The app is intended for a general audience and is not designed primarily for children.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when features, SDKs, law, or distribution regions change. Material changes will be announced on this page or through an appropriate in-app method.

10. Contact and language

Contact [email protected] with privacy questions. The Japanese version is controlling, and where translations differ, it prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.
